Music for Meditation

music, art, meditation, videos, awakening
Today I want to share some of the music that I find most conducive to meditation. It’s all available on YouTube and each video’s page can lead you to where you can purchase the tracks for your personal audio device. This music isn’t just peaceful; it’s also energetically supportive. And they are all around an hour long so your meditation won't be interrupted by the music ending too soon.

The first two videos have music made with crystal bowls, which are said to help harmonize the Chakras and the rest of our energy system. I enjoy them as background music for creative work as well as meditation.

The next piece by Jonathan Goldman is one of my favorites. Jonathan Goldman creates music with deliberate intention to raise the frequency of the listener and facilitate awakening of consciousness.

The Eternal Om is a classic and this one is done in such a way that it helps you focus your attention inwardly instead of distracting you with the sound.

Enjoy the music and enjoy your day!

  1. Love this! I like to put this kind of music on when I'm writing my novels. It centers me and erases chaos from the environment. Thanks for sharing!
