Shifting Into Transformation

energy, frequency, transformation, book
The big shifts of transformation don’t usually happen “out of the blue.” They are the result of an accumulation of little shifts over a period of time. Sometimes these little shifts happen as a result of personal experience and we don’t notice them. We can, however, help the process along with conscious practice of simple things that shift our frequency to a higher rate of vibration.

My latest ebook, Raise Your Frequency and Transform, shares more than 20 simple processes to do just that. Each one can be done in a few minutes and most require no financial investment at all. You don’t need any special skills or knowledge to use these practices, just the desire to create a shift and the willingness to consciously attend to it. As we elevate our frequency it shifts our inner state of being, and that in turn creates shifts in our experience.

Life doesn’t come to us; it flows out through us. We are all pure awareness that comes into the matrix for creation as individuated consciousness using the medium of energy to create and play with physical form. The frequency at which that energy vibrates determines the nature of the form. The higher the frequency, the more refined, pure, and true the form. High frequency states of being and qualities of experience include joy, peace, abundance, harmony, grace, love, creativity, wisdom, health, and wholeness. If you desire to experience more of these in your body and your life, take steps to raise your frequency with the help of this clear, concise book.

Raise Your Frequency and Transform is available on Amazon and on Smashwords.

  1. Little steps add up. I think a lot of people get easily overwhelmed by transformations because they believe giant leaps are necessary to make a significant step forward. Little steps are just as effective! Great post.

    1. That's so true, Suzie. Looking at the distance between where we are and where we're going can be overwhelming, but we don't have to cover all the ground in one leap.
