Where is Truth?

truth, wisdom, consciousness, awareness, fractal
Do you know where to find the truth? Everyone has their own version of truth but there is also ultimate truth and the truth about any condition, situation, or event. With so much information delivered to us daily, much of it manipulated to serve someone’s agenda, it can be difficult to wade through all of it and decipher what is true and what is not. There is an easy and efficient way.

We all have a place inside us that has the ability to reveal the truth to us, both eternal truth and the truth about anything in our life experience. That place is deep inside our heart, and it is always available. How do you reach it if this place is unfamiliar to you? The best way to begin is with meditation, sitting in silence with your attention in your heart space. You could liken this space to a sacred temple within you; your own Temple of Truth.

I posted a full description and explanation of the Temple of Truth on CenterofOneness.org but before you go over there I want to share one more thing. There is a simple method you can use to open your awareness to the truth of anything, and you can do it any time, any where. Whatever is showing up in your life ask, “What’s the truth here?” The answer will come within a day, maybe sooner. It may be words, an image, or the inspiration to do something or look something up. Know when you ask the question that the answer must come and remain alert to receive it.

Awakening to the truth within shifts our perception, our energy frequency, and our self-awareness. This inner transformation is fundamental to transforming our lives. You can read the full discussion of the Temple of Truth here, Temple of Truth on CenterofOneness.org.

  1. I wish to place here a very heartfelt thank you to you Jacqueline Stone for your suggestion to me in another of your postings to open my heart and ask myself, "What is the truth?" and "What is required of me?" ~ I tried it, it is working, it didn't 'instantly work' but making great progress.

The first 24-36 hours I tried this I received 'glimpses' or 'flashes' of answers to two very pressing and as yet unresolved situations that frankly are deeply stressing me out. (There is a very negative distrubance in my force.)

Now,answers have begun to form and expand.

When I get to a point of fear, frustration, angst and realize it while working through these two things, upon recognizing I've reached that point, I stop and self-talk to my heart. "What is the truth?" ~ "What is required of me". It's working!

One of my situations has been unresolved since 2008, but particularly vexing for the past seven months or so. I am looking forward to that one being resolved to an outcome in the next month.

I plan to continue this practice every single day. SO AGAIN, thank YOU, thank YOU. I know that sincere appreciation and simple recognition that you REALLY helped someone is important. ~ your friend Kaye ~ @grammakaye on twitter.
